In Singapore, FCM are regulated by Sale of Food Act.
It forbids the use of articles and materials transferring lead, antimony,arsenic cadmium and toxic substances to food substances.
It limits vinyl chloride to 0.5ppm and any compound that could be dangerous to human health.
